This year, Lahnpaper participated for the first time in JOBNOX®, the largest careers and training fair in the Rhein-Lahn district. The event took place on 8 and 9 May 2026 at Limeskastell Pohl. The aim of our presence at the fair was to present Lahnpaper as a regional employer and to give visitors an insight into our working environment and training opportunities.
We have successfully completed our first sustainability assessment by EcoVadis – and we are truly proud of what we have achieved together. EcoVadis is one of the world's most recognised and trusted platforms for assessing corporate sustainability performance. The fact that we have undergone this demanding assessment process and achieved a very solid result sends a strong signal.
This result does not represent a single project or measure, but rather our joint commitment to responsible, sustainable and fair working practices in our everyday work. Many contributions are not always visible, often taken for granted – and that is precisely where their strength lies. Especially for our first participation, the assessment shows that we are already working at a good level and have created a stable foundation on which we can continue to build. It confirms that we are on the right track – and motivates us to consistently develop our sustainability activities further.
