Non-wovens for Demanding Solutions
For over 100 years, we have been active as a manufacturer of non-wovens and specialty papers in Lahnstein. We develop, produce, and refine innovative materials for a wide range of industrial applications—from functional surfaces to decorative solutions.
Our non-wovens stand for technological strength, material diversity, and utmost reliability. They are the result of continuous research, modern manufacturing technologies, and a clear commitment to delivering customized solutions tailored to your requirements.
Our Products
cuturon® is our most technically advanced non-woven material—it impresses with its fine-fiber structure, porosity, and absorbency. These non-wovens are particularly suited for applications where air permeability and distinctive visual and tactile properties are desired.
cuturon® is produced using the wet-laid process from pulp and synthetic fibers, impregnated, and specifically refined. The result is textile-like materials that prove effective as printable carrier materials or technical components in system products.
For industrial applications with high demands on strength and stability, we offer varitess® non-wovens. These are ideally suited as technical textiles, in construction, or for high-quality wallcoverings.
In production, we use high-purity raw materials and precise finishing processes—calendered, coated, or functionally treated. This results in solutions that are mechanically robust, visually appealing, and reliably integrable.
