We are looking for

Head of the electrical, measurement and control engineering team (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced manager in the field of electrical, measurement and control technology to lead a team of around 10 employees, including foremen, specialists and trainees. This position offers the exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the technical and personnel management of the division and to make a significant contribution to the development of innovative technical solutions.

 

What we expect:

  • You have a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification based on technical knowledge and experience.
  • Expertise in leadership, employee development and prudent team management.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, team spirit and commitment are expected.
  • It is important to be on-call to ensure smooth operations.
  • Comprehensive expertise in energy and automation technology.
  • Proven experience in managing projects.
  • Responsibility for ensuring the safety and functionality of EI&C systems.
  • Assumption of the position as responsible electrician (VEFK).
