At FESPA 2024 in Amsterdam, running from 18th March to 22nd March, Lahnpaper will be presenting a carefully selected variation of their specialised products for the print industry, ranging from digitally printable wall decoration through to robust security documents to substrates suitable for further processing for demanding industrial applications.
BUSINESS UNIT PRINT
Durability, unique haptics, and first-class printability - these are the hallmarks of our product solutions. We produce special papers covering durable printing, digitally printable non-woven wall decoration and stable top-quality solutions for outdoor advertising.
Our durable printing substrates contain robust and versatile special papers for use in geographical; nautical and recreational maps; race numbers; manuals and technical documentation, wall charts/ posters and banners; official documents, certification, and membership cards; catalogues and brochures; to tags and garment labelling.
The digitally printable range for wall decoration products include dimensionally stable, high strength non-woven wallpapers with some of the following characteristics: paste the wall; paste the wallpaper; dry strippable; covers hairline cracks; excellent lightfastness; printable with toner, latex or UV digital print technologies; PVC & glass fibre free.
For outdoor advertising we produce a wide range of diverse high-quality papers for large outdoor adverts, i.e static or scrolling media, as well as other solutions for outdoor application.
BUSINESS UNIT WALLPAPERS
varitess® has been a leading brand on the wallpaper market for over 30 years with its selection of non-wovens for liner or wallpaper applications. Used as a liner, the product can be painted, it will cover cracks and smoothen wall surfaces. For wallpaper application, we supply products which can be traditionally printed, including screen, block and litho print technologies, serving the on-demand market, or branded collections.
BUSINESS UNIT SECURITY
Being a key-player on the market and a member of the CROC-System, we offer intelligent solutions for the security segment: neobond® security substrates are unique in combining the durability and robustness known from plastic products with the wide range of embedded security features known from papers. Our robust synthetic fibre substrates are the perfect choice for protective enclosures for chip and antenna in passport inlays.
BUSINESS UNIT INDUSTRIAL
This is where the technical innovations can be found, we develop suitable products with high strengths for further processing, be it an addition of a coating, from top coatings to adhesive back coatings, intelligent construction applications, or resin impregnation in the wood industry.
We also produce stable materials for the packaging market, from luxury to technical products.
