Supervisor of paper technology / shift supervisor (m/f/d)

in full-continuous shift operation

What we expect:

We are looking for an independent personality as a shift supervisor with strong leadership skills and solid training as a master of paper technology, ideally supplemented by several years of professional experience. Your ability to develop innovative solutions and implement them successfully in practice is a particular advantage.

Your tasks at Lahnpaper:

  • Identifying, eliminating and preventing deviations that lead or could lead to production and quality losses
  • Requesting technical readiness or production readiness
  • Keeping a shift report, reporting special incidents in the shift log, including incidents relating to water protection and waste
  • Ensuring the qualification of employees
  • Monitoring the economical use of chemicals
  • Ensuring that no avoidable rejects or waste are produced
  • Compliance with and monitoring of raw and auxiliary materials and arranging changes if necessary
  • Checking and comparing checklists and laboratory data
