Your tasks at Lahnpaper:

  • Identification, elimination and prevention of deviations that lead or may lead to production and quality losses
  • Requesting technical readiness or production readiness
  • Maintaining a shift report, reporting special occurrences in the shift log, including incidents relating to water protection and waste
  • Ensuring the qualification of employees
  • Monitoring the economical use of chemicals
  • Ensuring that no avoidable scrap or waste is generated
  • Compliance with and monitoring of raw and auxiliary materials and initiating changes if necessary
  • Monitoring and comparing checklists as well as laboratory data

What we expect from you:

We are looking for an independent personality as a shift supervisor who acts with strong leadership skills and has solid training as a master of paper technology, ideally supplemented by several years of relevant professional experience. Your ability to develop innovative solution approaches and successfully implement them in practice is a particular advantage.
