We are looking for an

Industrial Electronics Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for a reliable and committed Industrial Electronics Technician to work in the maintenance of production facilities for paper production and processing in full-continuous shift operation.

Your tasks at Lahnpaper GmbH:

  • Looking after the assigned maintenance area (production machines, infrastructure) 
  • Independent execution of preventive maintenance according to plan 
  • Isolate, recognise and rectify causes of faults 
  • Modifications and conversions to existing machines and production systems 
  • Assisting with the new installation and commissioning of measurement, control and regulation systems and supporting these system components 

What we expect from you:

  • Specialist qualification in electrical or automation engineering                                                       
  • Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and a corresponding safety awareness in electrical engineering and industrial companies
  • Safe handling of electrical engineering regulations (VDE regulations)
  • Knowledge of drive technology and its components (ABB and Siemens frequency converters) and knowledge of control and regulation technology (Siemens S7)
  • Ability to adapt to integration into shift work and the team of electricians
  • Open-mindedness towards innovations and changes as well as willingness for continuous further training
  • Curiosity, initiative, reliability, diligence and self-motivation
  • Physical resilience (heat, height, cramped conditions)
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
  • Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system
